AccuShoot FX Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing AccuShoot. We are committed to delivering the next generation of firearms training technology. Because the AccuShoot FX appliances involve specialized hardware, high-performance electronics, and software licensing, our refund and return terms are structured to accommodate these complex systems.
1. Pre-Delivery & Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the shipment leaves our facility.
2. Hardware Returns & Inspections
Timeframe: You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Hardware must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, packed securely in its original rugged carrying cases and packaging.
AccuShoot LFX Stands and LFX Screens must be completely unused and free of any bullet strikes, punctures, or signs of live-fire usage. Any sign of use on the LFX Stand or LFX Screen material will result in the full retail cost of the screen being deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee: Due to the technical testing and inspection required to re-certify precision electronics, all approved hardware returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Software Subscriptions
The AccuShoot FX platform operates on a mix of local hardware and integrated software.
Subscription Services: Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
4. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Used LFX Stands and Screens: Any stand. screen, or target material that has been shot or deployed in a live-fire environment.
Subscription Services: Subscription fees for the current billing cycle.
Service Related Purchases: Consultations, specialty installations (custom-engineered), and training fees are non-refundable.
5. Shipping & Logistics
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for freight/shipping costs for returned systems. Because of the high value and weight of the LFX system, we strictly require using a tracked shipping service with shipping insurance covering the full retail value of the equipment.
Original Shipping: Original shipping, handling, and delivery installation fees are non-refundable.
Orders in Transit: If an order is cancelled after it has shipped but before delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, freight, insurance, customs, brokerage, and return transportation costs incurred by AccuShoot. Any refund issued will be reduced by these costs. If the shipment is refused by the customer, any return shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, or carrier-imposed charges will also be deducted from the refund. The 15% restocking fee will apply once the returned equipment has been received and inspected by AccuShoot.
International Orders: International shipments that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, import permits, customs clearance issues, or customer non-cooperation are subject to all associated return shipping, customs, brokerage, storage, and disposal fees. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.
6. Defective Hardware & Warranty Claims
If your AccuShoot FX appliance arrives damaged or experiences hardware issues out of the box:
Do not attempt to self-service your FX appliance, as this will void your warranty. Contact AccuShoot Support immediately at support@accushoot.com. Verified defects or transport damage will be repaired, or parts replaced, at no cost to the customer under our standard LFX Warranty.

How to Request a Return or Support Case
- Contact support@accushoot.com with your Order/Invoice Number.
- Provide a detailed description of the reason for return. If claiming a hardware defect, please include photos if applicable.
- If approved for return, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Packages sent without an RMA will be refused.
