Data Collection: The LFX System collects analytics and other performance data as well as personal data related to Users, which Licensor will host, process, and store on its servers. Such data will also be stored on the LFX System for a limited time. As between Licensor and Licensee, Licensee exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to all such data. Licensee may license analytics and performance data from Licensor for an additional fee and subject to a separate agreement. Licensee shall not provide to Licensor or upload to the LFX System any data that is not necessary for use of the LFX System.

Confidentiality: Licensee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any analytics or other data stored in the LFX System and not disclose such information to any third party without Licensor’s approval. 

Account Management: Licensee will authorize individuals as Users and assist with creation of accounts for its Users. Licensee is responsible for maintaining the status of its Users and the confidentiality of all usernames, passwords, emails, phone numbers, and other account access information under its control. Licensee is responsible for compliance by its Users with this Agreement, and any use of the LFX System by Users shall be solely for the benefit of Licensee.

Warning about Fraudulent E-mails

“Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through e-mail.

Cookie Policy

Almost all webpages across the internet use cookies to improve your experience on webpages. We use cookies during the account creation and log-in process, in our email/newsletter sign up form, ordering process, and for conversion tracking purposes, primarily through Google Analytics.
